Customers only pay when the job is done. If a task cannot be completed due to technical reasons or any other obstacle on our end, the customer will not be charged.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing the necessary temporary access to their website's CMS or hosting environment. We recommend changing passwords once the work is completed for security.

4. Right of Refusal

We reserve the right to decline any request that is out of our defined scope (e.g., full redesigns, complex custom development). Any pre-payments for declined tasks will be refunded in full.

5. Liability

While we strive for 100% accuracy and quality, UpdateMySite is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruptions arising from the services provided.
